Introduction Stress related to high expectations towards students, a large amount of knowledge necessary assimilate in brief period time, and peer pressure are an important factor the deterioration mental state medical students. As consequence, it can lead burnout even development disorders such as depression. Mechanisms coping with difficulties play extremely role moderating this risk. For reason, was interest what strategies students adopt face everyday stress how affects their well-being functioning. Objectives The objective determine studies impact health used by them mitigate negative influence associated expectations, overwork. Methods A cross-sectional study conducted among polish faculties using online questionnaire. Risk depression assessed validated BDI inventory, aggression STAXI inventory evaluation Brief-COPE inventory. Results Study 329 participants. majority respondents were female (71.4%; n=235) average age whole population equaled 22.46 years (95%CI: 22.1-23.01). There no statistically significant difference between females males.
